This process allows you to be involved from the beginning of the process until the end. You help with the design and selections, so your home fits your needs, wants, lifestyle, and budget. Plus, we encourage you to be involved and enjoy every step along the way, through moving into your new, ideal home! We could build your custom home on one of our available lots or on a property owned by you.
Spec Homes
Each year, we start building spec homes that vary in style and size. We put our years of experience in designing each home as if it was one of our own. Depending on the stage of construction that you decide to make it your home, you can be involved in the remaining selections! Check out the "For Sale" tab to see what we are currently working on. You are welcome to call us to inquire about our current spec homes, or what we plan to build in the near future. We do plan to build some duplexes soon!
